Booking Policy

To keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, a few gentle but important bits to know before booking your Adorn Bespoke Styling Service:

Payments

  • For services under £250, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • For services over £250, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable as agreed.

  • For services under £250, payment is taken online via Setmore / Stripe / PayPal.

  • All payments must be received before the session takes place.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will shorten the session.

  • If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session may be forfeited.

  • No-shows are charged in full or result in loss of deposit.

  • For Zoom sessions, if the client does not join within 10 minutes, the session is treated as a no-show.

Stylist Rescheduling

  • If Adorn Bespoke Styling needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered as soon as possible.

  • If rescheduling is not suitable, the session value will be issued as credit. No refunds are provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Services over £250

  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • With 72+ hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Services under £250

  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.

In-Home Sessions & Travel

  • In-person services are offered within the Greater Belfast Area.

  • Travel outside this area may incur an additional fee, agreed in advance.

  • Sessions are forfeited if incorrect address details, access instructions, or contact information are provided, making delivery of the service impossible.
