Booking Policy
To keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, a few gentle but important bits to know before booking your Adorn Bespoke Styling Service:
Payments
For services under £250, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For services over £250, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable as agreed.
For services under £250, payment is taken online via Setmore / Stripe / PayPal.
All payments must be received before the session takes place.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will shorten the session.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session may be forfeited.
No-shows are charged in full or result in loss of deposit.
For Zoom sessions, if the client does not join within 10 minutes, the session is treated as a no-show.
Stylist Rescheduling
If Adorn Bespoke Styling needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered as soon as possible.
If rescheduling is not suitable, the session value will be issued as credit. No refunds are provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Services over £250
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
With 72+ hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.
Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Services under £250
All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
In-Home Sessions & Travel
In-person services are offered within the Greater Belfast Area.
Travel outside this area may incur an additional fee, agreed in advance.
Sessions are forfeited if incorrect address details, access instructions, or contact information are provided, making delivery of the service impossible.
